MYCELIA AGROTECH
PARTNERS — WHAT WE BRING, WHAT WE NEED

We grow structure that carries the network.

Two capabilities, one production platform. Both bench validated, neither in production. We are looking for fabrication capacity and integration partners to take them to first articles.

MATERIALS — BENCH VALIDATED

Designed for purpose. Grown by zone.

Inoculate the mould and the colony binds across the whole form. Anything placed in it beforehand — conductive mesh, fibre reinforcement, mounting hardware — is incorporated as the part grows.

Put the avionics bay inside an RF mesh enclosure. Put the antenna in a second cavity with none. Conventional layup needs three parts and two bonded seams. Ours comes out of one mould.

Density is a variable, not an outcome. Internal geometry is free.

Substrate is hemp and industrial residue — straw, sawdust, corn husk. How we prepare it matters more than what it is, which means we source locally and control the outcome in the process.

DensityLow, controllable through thickness
DielectricLow-loss — antennas integrate conformally, no cut-in window
Thermal conductivityLow
ReinforcementWoven skins and selective fibre, placed pre-growth
ShieldingConductive mesh, zoned
SurfaceSeaweed-derived coatings — flame, sealing, moisture, field repair

Hemp composites are bench tested. Figures for our formulation will be published as they are measured.

COMMUNICATIONS — IN TESTING

A network with no centre.

A mesh has no gatekeeper, so identity lives in the device. Each one generates its own cryptographic identity and keeps the private key. No registry, no certificate authority, no account, no enrolment server.

Nodes fail. The network expects it — traffic finds another path and the gap closes without anyone touching a configuration.

No cloud service holds the traffic. No vendor telemetry reports back to us. The protocol layer is open and auditable.

Every kit is verified against all nine before it leaves the bench.

Long-range fallbackText well beyond that
Airborne relayBridges dead ground at 100–120 m
TransportInterface-agnostic; runs over other radio without application change
Power4–6 W; 12–18 hours on a 20 Ah bank

The relay payload is light enough to fly. A drone becomes a repeater over terrain that blocks a ground link.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Fabrication capacity. Integration partners.

MOULDING AND FABRICATION

Mould design and tooling for grown parts — closer to closed-mould casting than to layup. Part finishing and trim. Mechanical test capability, or a route to one. Ideally someone who has taken a novel material through first-article qualification.

PLATFORM INTEGRATION

Anyone with an airframe, enclosure or vehicle that needs structure, shielding and a link, and would rather test a zoned part than bond three.

We are not looking for capital, exclusivity, or a licensing deal. We want to make parts with someone.

HOW WE WORK
WHAT WE OWN

The cultivation process, the sterilisation method, the coating chemistry, the process control.

WHAT STAYS WITH YOU

Tooling design, fabrication method, finishing process.

UNDER NDA

Process parameters, bench test data, material handling requirements, component provenance.

Stated plainly: electronic components are currently sourced outside Canada. Re-sourcing is scoped and planned. Cold-weather performance below −20°C is not yet characterised for the communications kit. You will hear both from us in the first conversation rather than in a qualification review.
